6 Way 4-Relay Pre-Wired Fuse Box
Product Overview
The 6 Way 4-Relay Pre-Wired Fuse Box is a compact automotive power distribution and circuit control solution designed for auxiliary DC electrical systems.
It combines 6 ATC/ATO blade fuse positions and 4 automotive relay positions in one enclosure, providing centralized fuse protection and relay control for multiple electrical accessories.
The pre-wired harness reduces terminal crimping, relay socket assembly, and manual wiring work, helping installers save assembly time and create a cleaner, more organized electrical system.
This fuse relay box is suitable for auxiliary lighting, fog lights, work lights, horns, cooling fans, fuel pumps, auxiliary pumps, audio accessories, and other automotive electrical equipment.
Relay specifications can be selected according to customer requirements, with available configurations from approximately 12V to 72V and 30A to 60A, depending on relay model, wiring specification, and application requirements.
In addition to complete pre-wired assemblies, FUZTRAX can also supply housing, terminals, relays, fuses, and related components separately for OEM, ODM, wiring harness manufacturers, vehicle builders, and aftermarket electrical suppliers.

Key Features
6 Fuse Positions + 4 Relay Positions
The integrated design combines six ATC/ATO blade fuse positions and four automotive relay positions in one compact housing.
This configuration provides a practical balance between circuit protection and relay-controlled outputs, making it suitable for vehicle electrical systems that require several independent accessories to be switched through relays.

Pre-Wired for Easier Installation
The pre-installed wiring harness reduces repetitive terminal crimping, relay socket wiring, and manual assembly.
Color-coded wiring can be configured according to customer requirements to simplify circuit identification and installation.
The pre-wired design is suitable for automotive aftermarket installation, custom vehicle wiring, equipment integration, and OEM electrical projects.
4 Independent Relay-Controlled Circuits
Four relay positions allow multiple electrical accessories to be switched independently.
Typical relay-controlled applications include:
The remaining fuse positions can be assigned according to the customer's wiring design and electrical requirements.
Flexible Relay Configurations
Relay voltage and current ratings can be selected according to the customer's system requirements.
Available relay configurations may include:
Final relay selection depends on system voltage, load current, relay model, wire gauge, terminal capacity, connector capacity, and operating conditions.
ATC / ATO Blade Fuse Compatible
The fuse block is compatible with commonly used ATC/ATO automotive blade fuses.
Different fuse ratings can be selected for individual circuits according to actual accessory current requirements.
This makes fuse replacement, maintenance, and circuit configuration convenient for automotive and custom electrical applications.
Compact and Organized Power Distribution
Instead of using separate fuse holders, loose relays, and scattered wiring, this integrated fuse relay box keeps major protection and switching components together in one centralized location.
The compact layout helps improve circuit organization and creates a cleaner, more professional electrical installation.
Protective Top Cover
The fitted top cover helps protect the relays, fuses, and terminals from dust, dirt, debris, and accidental contact.
This product is not waterproof.
It should be installed in a dry or protected location and should not be directly exposed to rain, water spray, high-pressure water, or immersion.
Optional Bottom Cover
An optional bottom cover is available for customers who require additional enclosure protection and a more complete housing structure.
The bottom cover can help protect exposed terminals and wiring connections underneath the fuse relay box and can provide a cleaner finished appearance for OEM and custom electrical assemblies.
Minimum Order Requirement
The optional bottom cover requires a minimum order quantity of 500 sets.
Orders below 500 sets are normally supplied without the optional bottom cover unless otherwise confirmed.
For projects requiring the bottom cover, please confirm the required quantity, wiring configuration, and assembly requirements before placing the order.
Multiple Supply Options
FUZTRAX can supply this product in different configurations according to customer requirements.

Why Choose the 6 Way 4-Relay Configuration?
The 6-fuse and 4-relay layout is suitable for projects that require several protected circuits while also needing multiple independently switched accessories.
Compared with installing separate relays and inline fuse holders, the integrated design helps centralize circuit protection and switching components in one compact assembly.
The 4-relay configuration provides greater control flexibility than basic 2-relay models while remaining compact enough for many automotive, off-road, truck, RV, and custom electrical installations.
OEM & ODM Customization
FUZTRAX provides OEM and ODM manufacturing services for automotive fuse boxes, relay boxes, terminals, wiring harnesses, and related electrical assemblies.
Customization options include:
For projects requiring the optional bottom cover, a minimum order quantity of 500 sets applies.
Different electrical configurations can be developed according to vehicle type, equipment load, installation environment, and customer project requirements.
Important Electrical Notice
The current rating printed on a relay represents the relay contact specification and does not automatically represent the safe continuous current capacity of the complete fuse relay box or wiring harness.
Actual allowable circuit current depends on several factors, including:
Always select the appropriate fuse, wire gauge, terminals, connectors, and relay specification according to the actual operating current of the connected equipment.
For high-current, high-voltage, or specialized electrical applications, confirm all required electrical specifications before ordering.
